Poster Guidelines
We are excited to share important details about the poster presentations at the Invasive Lobular Breast Cancer (ILC) Symposium 2023. The following poster guidelines are also available as a PDF here. Kindly take note of these guidelines for your upcoming poster presentation:
Poster Dimensions and Layout:
- Poster Board Dimensions: 4′ (height) x 8′ (wide)
- Please ensure that your poster is designed to fit within these dimensions, allowing optimal visibility and engagement with your content.
- To cater to diverse audiences, each poster must include a lay abstract placed above the scientific abstract. This approach ensures accessibility for attendees from various backgrounds.
Poster Placement and Visibility:
- Poster board numbers will be assigned near to the symposium and will be posted on the symposium website. In addition, it will be included in the official symposium abstract book.
- All posters should be affixed to poster boards at the latest by the lunch break on Thursday, September 28th.
- Kindly ensure that your poster is displayed by this time or earlier.
- Posters must be removed by the conclusion of the day on Friday, September 29th.
Optional: Share Your Poster PDF:
- If you have granted consent for your poster to be displayed on our symposium website, kindly submit a PDF copy of your poster to Jagmohan Hooda (hoodaj@upmc.edu) prior to the symposium’s commencement.
- These PDFs will be accessible to all symposium attendees on our website, expanding the reach and impact of your research.
