Not a healthcare professional? That’s ok! This portal is for everyone. You do not need to be a clinician to register, and CME credit is not being offered for this event.
Important: Please complete payment before exiting. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If you do not complete payment, you will receive a follow-up email from our team with a payment link to finalize your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days before the conference start date will receive a refund of registration fees minus a [10%] administrative fee. Requests received between 30 days and 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the start date. Please send cancellation requests through our Refund Request form.
UCSF Office of CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel penalties, or other related personal expenses.
Support Person (Personal Care Attendant) Policy
A support person (e.g., personal care attendant) may attend without registration fees when:
- Their presence is necessary to provide disability-related assistance that enables the attendee to access and participate in the conference, and
- The support person’s role is primarily to provide that assistance, rather than to attend for their own independent participation
Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the attendee to ensure appropriate and effective access.
Support persons who wish to participate independently in conference programming may be required to register separately.
