All registration is handled through the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Continuing Medical Education (CME) Office Portal, a third-party platform. Here’s how it works:

- Create a free account (or log in if you already have one).
- Complete the registration steps.
- Help us feed you well! Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
- Complete payment to finalize your registration.
Not a healthcare professional? That’s ok! This portal is for everyone. You do not need to be a clinician to register, and CME credit is not being offered for this event.
Important: Please complete payment before exiting. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If you do not complete payment, you will receive a follow-up email from our team with a payment link to finalize your registration.
Need an invoice? Complete your registration and exit without paying. Our team will follow up with a payment link that you can forward to your institution.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days before the conference start date will receive a refund of registration fees minus a [10%] administrative fee. Requests received between 30 days and 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the start date. Please send cancellation requests through our Refund Request form.
UCSF Office of CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel penalties, or other related personal expenses.
